Bacon jam is a sweet, savory, and salty jam made with thick slow-cooked bacon, maple syrup, brown sugar, and a few other mouthwatering ingredients. Use it as a spread, a dip, and a topping!

Instructions

Defrost the beef bacon jam before mixing it thoroughly. Its shelf life is 7 days once defrosted. You can heat the beef bacon jam after thoroughly defrosting in a pan for about a minute or microwave so the honey and grease can be reactivated to make it more moist. Add 1tbsp of honey if it is not at the desired texture.

• Onion, finely chopped
• Shallots, minced
• Garlic, minced
• Brown sugar
• Thyme
• Maple Honey Syrup
• Chili powder
