Hal&Al provides the New York Metropolitan Area with only the finest quality meats and meat products, all of which are duly certified hand-slaughtered by the highest relevant religious authorities in New York State as well as the broader U.S. We offer a full range of humanely raised and slaughtered fresh and frozen meats, prepared and packaged to the precise specifications of our customers. We currently serve a large and growing assortment of restaurants, caterers, food halls and cafeterias, as well as numerous wholesale and retail meat vendors in New York. Our reputation with our buyers and our end customers has been built on our commitment to product quality, superior service, and transparency in our supply chain.

Zabiha Halal Meat Processors — Zabiha Halal Meat Processors,located in Addison, IL, is a wholesale distributor of fresh meats, poultry, and seafood to restaurants, grocers, and private establishments. The company is certified and supervised by the Islamic Co-Op of America.
Foster Farms — Based in California’s Central Valley, with ranches also in the Pacific Northwest, the company’s fresh chicken is produced in or near each region served.
Hal&Al Meats and Provisions combines the passion of two friends who strive to bring premium hand slaughtered meat to the U.S., the likes of which have never been seen before. Started in the summer of 2018, Hal&Al has been spreading the concept of premium hand slaughtered meat to the Northeastern United States and beyond.
