PULLED CHICKEN WRAPS

INGREDIENTS:

MARINADE:

4 skinless chicken thighs
4 tbsp hot chachas spice
3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Red chili powder to taste
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp chops spice
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt if needed

WRAP:

4-5 flour tortillas
1/4 head lettuce
1 small tomato
1/2 cucumber
1 red small onion

DIRECTIONS:

STEP 1:

Marinate the chicken using the ingredients listed above and let it sit for at least 1 hour.

STEP 2:

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and heat until it is hot. Add the marinated thighs and brown on both sides.

STEP 3:

Reduce the heat and cook until the chicken comes off the bone. Then, shred the chicken (I like to do this with my hands).

STEP 4:

Assemble your wrap by placing shredded chicken and sliced lettuce in the middle of flour tortilla, top with sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and diced onions. Finish off with miracle whip or sour cream.
